Dark Star Ceanothus

Dark Star Ceanothus is a stunning California native shrub prized for its deep indigo-blue flowers. This drought-tolerant evergreen blooms prolifically in spring, attracting pollinators and hummingbirds to gardens and landscapes. Hardy and low-maintenance once established, Dark Star thrives in full sun and well-draining soil, making it ideal for water-wise gardens, coastal properties, and native plant landscapes. Its dense foliage provides year-round structure and visual interest, while its resilience to heat and poor soils makes it a reliable choice for challenging garden conditions.
