Refund policy
Replacement Guarantee:
We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy and alive. If your plant arrives damaged and is not salvageable, dead, or does not arrive at all we will ship you a same replacement if available. If not you will receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a replacement for dead on arrival or heavily damaged plants you must send photos within 24 hours of receiving your plant.
- 1 photo of packaging from all sides.
- 1 or more photos of damaged or dead plant.
- 1 photo of a scratch test of the outter layer to see if there is green under the outter layer of the plant. If not a woody plant no scratch test needed.
10-Day Alive Guarantee
Valid October-April Only. If you plant dies within 10-days of arrival we will, at our discretion, provide you with a partial store credit up to 100% of the original purchase price not including shipping. If your plant is suffering from significant damage from shipping but is still alive we will issue a partial 50% refund for the cost of that plant. Please note that a broken limb or damaged leaves does not constitute significant damage and you will receive not refund for such minor damages. You must send photos within 10-days of your item being delivered.

We will review your email and images to make a proper determination on how to proceed and follow up with you on our decision.
If you purchase a plant listed outside of your growing zone we will not refund, replace or provide a store credit.
To assure success please open you plant immediately, water even if the soil is still wet and place in full shade. Note most plants will need to be watered as often as needed to keep the soil from drying out until re-potted or planted in the ground. Once planted in the ground we will not provide a refund, replacement or credit. Your plant is not meant to stay in the pot it is shipped in. Re-plant/re-pot immediately. If you re-pot we recommend waiting at least 6 months until moving to planting in-ground. Please keep in mind we are a small business working with limited qty and often rare plants.
